Fixed Storm Bolt's targeting silhouette (again)

Fixed Storm Bolt's targeting silhouette (again).  Fixed ranges on Fiery Blast, Storm Bolt & Winter's Breath.  Fixed Asherati's Body Lamp & Dazzle.
