Updated all base class feat 2DAs to get Hammer's Edge & Anvil of Thunder working.
Fixed issue where a ToB PrC would lock you into maneuver choices after taking a base class with different maneuvers (@Rakiov)
Pale Masters don't need spellcasting marker feats.
