Templar domain's spells in radial menu from PRC,doesnt work at all lvls with a templar lvl 20.

Weapon Focus: Dwarven Waraxe has the wrong prereq set.

Wasn't a bug, was setup so dwarves could take Waraxe focus with martial WP alone.
