Modify the Assassin class to be an epic PrC for Bards & Rogues

1.) Extend existing Assassin class spell table to 6th lvl & add all arcane Illusion spells to the extended list.

2.) Create class spell entries in spells.2da.

3.) Make perform a class skill for the Assassin class.

4.) Modify Bard Song to count Assassin class levels.
