Yuan-Ti Abomination
A whole world gifted them, and what have they done with it? They fought, they fell, they wasted what little they already had. But what else are they expected to do? What more do you expect from mere warm-blooded beasts? If it weren't for their use as sacrifice, they would have absolutely no value at all.
You are a Yuan-Ti "abomination". Those who grant you this name know to either give it in reverence or fear, and you drink deep of each in equal measure. Your form aligns closely with the Great Serpent from whom all of value flows, and back to which all lessers are paid as tribute. While your lesser kin may travel more openly among the beast-cultures of Athas, your long, sinuous tail and magnificent fanged maw ensure that all who look on you cannot mistake you for anything but what you are: serpentine death and power given mortal form. While it has been millennia since your ancestors first stepped through the Moon-Gates from far Guthay to this wasted world, your memory is long, and one day you will see the gates open again to your people, ushering this burnt land into the Age of the Serpent.
Stronger, smarter, faster, and crueler than your lesser kin, you are born to rule. From your lairs under the deserts all the way to your hidden temples in the jungles, you are the master of all you survey. As an Abomination, you must go forth into the world as a leader to your people and serve as their example to aspire to. To the rest on the mongrel life misfortunate enough to encounter you?
